The Colorado Sun subscription can be adjusted in your user settings (here's how to log in).
CANCELLATION POLICY: Membership payments can be canceled at anytime (see below). Membership is separate from our newsletters. To stop your newsletters, please visit our newsletters' FAQ.
REFUND POLICY: Once a paid membership is canceled, the account will no longer be renewed automatically. The user will have access till the end of the current monthly or annual term. We provide refunds on request to those unhappy with The Sun's local news reporting efforts. To request a refund, please contact support@coloradosun.com.
How to stop auto renewal
Our memberships renew automatically like most subscription services. We will send a reminder to annual members a week before the account is to charged for a new ear. To stop auto-renewal, open your user settings, press "Manage Membership" and select "Stop subscribing." This will end your membership at the end of your current annual or monthly term (ie: you won't be charged again).
How to delete your Colorado Sun account
- Log in to your account on coloradosun.com (Instructions)
- Once logged in click Edit Profile
- Scroll down and click Delete Account.
- Note: This will delete all information from The Sun's user management software, including all newsletters and other membership perks. Please make sure you also stop subscribing (see above) to end auto-renewals.
